Shipping and Returns

Items are sent out tracked  using  New Zealand  Post, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please provide a day time address where you will be available to sign for your parcel, such as your work address.

All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay. We are unable to calculate these fees for you.

Items are usually posted within two working days of receipt of your order. You'll receive an email telling you when we have posted your order.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to exchange any item (other than earrings, which are non-returnable due to reasons of hygiene.) If the item is defective due to bad workmanship we are happy to offer a refund, an exchange or a free repair. Please contact us if you have any queries.
